Do you offer prescription lenses?
Currently, Raen focuses on non-prescription eyewear, including plano lenses for sunglasses and eyeglasses. Our products are designed as essential style tools for modern life, perfect for those seeking premium aesthetic and UV protection.

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections (Men, Women, Eyeglasses, Sunglasses, Accessories), select your preferred style, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide your shipping details and choose a payment method. An order confirmation will be sent to your email immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Where do you ship from and to?
All orders begin their journey at our headquarters in Indianapolis, USA. We proudly offer seamless global delivery to most countries worldwide. However, due to logistical constraints, we are currently unable to ship to a limited number of remote regions and parts of Asia. Our checkout system will automatically verify if we can deliver to your location.
What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two premium shipping options to fit your needs:
  • Standard Express Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch. Includes full tracking.
  • Free Standard Shipping: Via EMS. FREE on all orders over $50. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch. Cart subtotal must be $50+ before taxes and after discounts.

All orders are carefully processed and quality-checked within 1-2 business days before dispatch.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey in real-time with our carrier partners (DHL, FedEx, or EMS).

We want you to love your Raen eyewear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt.
